I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The rooms were supernice and neat. The location of the hotel was close to the shopping district, making it convenient for exploring and finding everything I needed. The breakfast served at separated tables was delicious and had a nice atmosphere.

As a budget traveler, I loved the hospitality and professionalism of the staff at the hotel. They spoke English and provided services like a 5-star hotel. The breakfast had a variety of options including fresh vegetables and fruits. The location was close to the city center and easily accessible by the Osmanbey metro station. There were lots of shops around and everything we needed was within reach. The hotel staff were friendly, especially during breakfast, and provided full support whenever we needed it. The room was refreshed everyday and we were provided with free drinking water. The bathroom was spacious and had acceptable toiletries. The receptionists were the best we have ever encountered, sincere, warm, enthusiastic, and caring. They were ready to help with anything and everything.
Felt so taken care of, no reason to complain.
